About Us
Hebei Jiuding Electric Co., Ltd. is located 60 meters south of the intersection of Jianshe Street and Deshan Road in the Hejian Economic Development Zone (West Area), Hebei Province. The company primarily engages in the production, R&D, and sales of power products, including: 10-1000kV series suspension, pin-type, cross-arm, and pillar composite insulators; zinc oxide surge arresters, disconnectors, fuses, wall-penetrating bushings, and power hardware.
The company originated from the “Hejian County Guangming Electric Appliance Factory” established in 1978, specializing in high and low voltage switchgear. In 2003, it founded “Cangzhou Hualing Electric Appliance Co., Ltd.” and launched a new composite insulator project, obtaining CRCC certification from the National Railway Administration and winning bids for over 60 major railway projects (including the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan Railway, Beijing-Zhangjiakou Railway, Sichuan Southern Passenger Dedicated Line, Dalian Hub, and Luanan High-Speed Railway). In 2017, it expanded and established “Hebei Jiuding Electric Appliance Co., Ltd.” to focus on international power products and State Grid products, securing contracts on the State Grid platform.
The company currently has an annual production capacity of 1.5 million composite insulators, with a total area of 50,000 square meters, including 20,000 square meters of workshops and 125 employees. The main production equipment includes 28 vulcanization molding machines, 12 crimping machines, 5 silicone vacuum kneading machines, 11 epoxy core rod production lines, and 6 1,000-ton forging machines. The primary testing equipment consists of over 40 units, such as a 330 kV power frequency test machine, a 2,000 kN tensile testing machine, and a 1,050 kV lightning impulse tester. The company has achieved full self-production of the main raw materials for insulators: blended rubber, core rods, and hardware. Its products are widely used in the power equipment industry and electrified railways, covering more than 20 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across China, as well as being exported to over 60 countries, including the UK, France, South Korea, Italy, Poland, Russia, Chile, and Turkey.
